🏨 Hotel Online Reservation – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Vonic Hotel & Resort Ltd. By making a reservation through our website or any of our online platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, fair, and enjoyable experience for all guests.


1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: Between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon (next day).
  • Check-out: As indicated on your booking confirmation or as arranged with the front desk.
    Late check-outs may attract additional charges if not pre-approved by management.

2. Extra Guests

  • Room rates are based on the number of guests stated during booking.
  • Any extra guest beyond the reserved number will attract an additional fee per night.

3. Reservation Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the reservation date.
  • Late cancellations or “no-shows” may result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

4. Food and Beverages

  • Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited within our bars and restaurants.
  • Guests are encouraged to enjoy our in-house dining and beverage options for quality and safety assurance.

5. Pets Policy

  • Pets are not allowed on the property without prior notice and approval from management.
  • Approved pets must comply with the hotel’s pet handling guidelines.

6. Conduct and Regulations

  • Guests are expected to adhere strictly to all hotel rules and regulations throughout their stay.
  • Management reserves the right to deny admission or discontinue service to any guest violating these policies.

7. Management Rights

  • Vonic Hotel & Resort Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where necessary and to remove any guest who fails to comply with these terms.
